Our delivered-in model of producing high quality fresh food from a 20,000 sq ft central production unit complements Sodexo’s global strategy in investing in B2B foodservice delivery to provide flexible and agile solutions that meet the needs of its customers wherever they are.

Our founders Dean and Sam Kennett will continue to operate the business under the Fooditude brand alongside the existing executive team. Matt Byne will be retained as Director of Food.

Dean Kennett, managing director and founder of Fooditude says:

“I couldn’t be happier about our decision to join forces with Sodexo to bring the Fooditude brand to new audiences across the UK and beyond. We have ambitious plans for growth after 15 successful years as a premium workplace caterer to London’s most forward-thinking businesses and partnering with Sodexo will accelerate those plans. Although a global company, Sodexo is a family-run business just like Fooditude, which makes this partnership a good fit and will ensure our success as we seek new opportunities together.”

What this means for our team: Sodexo want to learn from the fantastic work of our dedicated team. Joining Sodexo will give them opportunities for professional growth and fulfilling careers.

What this means for our clients: We’ll still provide our clients with the same warm service, excellent food and fun vibes they love us for. But, we’ll be able to broaden our offer and geographical reach so that we can cater to all their needs.

What this means for our suppliers and partners: We’re still committed to the same high standards we have become known for and this acquisition does not change our procurement decisions or processes.

Julie Ennis, CEO, corporate services, Sodexo UK & Ireland says: “We are thrilled to welcome the whole Fooditude team and value their expertise in the delivered catering market.  As working patterns change and a hybrid model of working is adopted, whether from the office, home or a third place, we realised we need to advance our food service model to ensure we provide a seamless meal experience solution for people wherever they are working.
