We believe in you

Working at Fooditude is like being part of a large extended family. The company is run by husband and-wife team, Dean and Sam Kennett.

People who join our team share our fun-loving attitude towards work so that everyone enjoys contributing and getting the job done.
We surround ourselves with talented and friendly people, those who are passionate about hospitality, care about sustainability, bring their whole selves to work and are determined to exceed expectations.

Sound like people you’d want to hang out with?

Be proud of where you work

All our team members contribute to Fooditude in different ways, all with their own talents bringing something to the table. In return, we want our people to be proud of where they work. We value our people and their feedback and aim to be an employer of choice.

Every year we compete in the Caterers Best Places to Work in Hospitality awards – and for six years in a row, we achieved a place in the top 30 list. Here are just some of the stats that show you why.

We were even awarded Caterer.com’s People’s Choice 2021 Award for our work on employee wellbeing!

Don’t work on your birthday

There is life at work and outside of work. Our positive approach towards work/life balance is reflected in our benefits and policies. One of these practices is taking your birthday off.

Diversity & inclusion

At Fooditude we like to recognise and celebrate our colleagues’ identities and have a culture of respect for all. Our mission is to make people hoary no matter what the working day brings. We are doing what it takes to make our team members feel valued, respected, and proud to be themselves.

Work hard and play hard

It’s important for our teams to have fun at Fooditude. Social events are part of our life here, with opportunities to build relationships and mingle with your peers. Our people are the heart and soul of Fooditude, each year we hold an annual awards party to say a special thank you to some shining heroes of the year. It’s a great chance to let off steam and celebrate! We’re known for our Fri-yay events, where once a month we reward our teams to celebrate with team drinks, a special team lunch or get off work an hour early!
